The Abomination of the Status Quo

"Abomination" is what happens when the geopolitical status quo tries to occupy the place of the Divine—when our nationalistic idols and our carnist economies demand absolute loyalty.

In the 1970s, both the scientists of the Club of Rome and the preachers of the Evangelical Rapture sensed a coming Tribulation. Today, we can rationally frame the risk of the 2040s collapse—as modeled by MIT—not as a strict necessity of God’s anger, but as the natural consequence of the transition from the Age of Pisces to the Age of Aquarius. Pisces was the age of the Two Fish—of duality, institutional seizure, and organized sacrifice. Aquarius is the age of the Water-Bearer—of global flow, world federation, and sustainable mercy.

The Tribulation we face is the structural friction of an old world refusing to die so that a new one can be born. Jesus warns us: "If those days had not been cut short, no one would survive." The shortening of those days is the work of the Vegan Vanguard. By unilaterally adopting a life of chaste non-violence and planetary stewardship now, we are creating the lifeboats that will carry the Little Ones through the transition. Our resilient cooperation begins when we collectively refuse to bow to this Deceiver, recognizing that the transition to the Aquarian Age is actually a global call to Islam—to a "chaste submission" to the Landowner’s laws of mercy and non-violence.

What is a countdown clock to a neighbor's destruction but an Abomination of Desolation standing where it ought not? The Islam of the Aquarian Age is a global surrender to the logic of the Prince of Peace, requiring a world free from both nuclear brinkmanship and the carnist terror of tribal rage.)

Finally, we look to today’s reading from Jonah 3:1-10. When Jonah marched through the "Great City" of Nineveh, his message was a 40-day countdown to collapse. To prevent the desolation of our global city, we must adopt the sackcloth of voluntary simplicity and the fast of a plant-based, non-violent economy. This is not a Kumbaya sentiment; it is a strategic, Nineveh-style survival mandate. God spared the ancient city when he saw that they turned from their evil way. If we, the Vanguard of North America, lead this turn toward Aquarian Stewardship and World Federation, we may yet find that the 2040s become not the End of the World, but the Birth of the Feast. The King of Peace is not looking for the destruction of our cities, but for the chaste heart that is finally willing to share the vineyard with the Little Ones and the animals who fasted alongside us in the dust.
